What is your return policy for apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, used flotation suits cannot be returned.
Do you offer a warranty on your gear?
We stand behind our quality. All Eskimo Ice Fishing apparel comes with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
How should I clean and maintain my technical ice gear?
We recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle with a tech-wash detergent. Avoid fabric softeners and tumble dry on low heat to reactivate the Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating.
