At Eskimo Ice Fishing Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cold-weather apparel. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains in brand-new condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
